Safety mods:
Added fuse holder and install 1amp fuse
Converted to 3 prong plug
Removed death cap
Initial Condition
The amplifier was shorted where the fuse once was so there was zero current protection. This is dangerous. The amplifier also had the original two prong plug and “death cap.”
